We use Adobe Connect Pro to house our Webinar Room. Through our team at Christian Women Affiliate we will bring you free webinars all month long, every month.

Leaders bringing you their expertise to you live. Right through your computer.

Yes, you can be sitting there in your jammies, cup of hot tea, coffee or even at your fav coffee shop with your laptop! The hosts, are all visible via video as well as hearing them audibly of course.

Before I list out our Current Webinar Team, let me make sure you know that YOU can host a webinar too.

Every membership at CWA comes with the benefit of hosting a monthly webinar to ‘WHOMEVER she wants to.’

  • You can use our room to host your own webinar for your team, your business, your ministry, your bible study, your…. your… your… endless.
  • You just send us the info we request, check the dates, we set up the room, we  send you the link. You send it out to your attendees. Whether you offer your webinar for free or for payment. That is up to you. We will open the CWA Room for you 15 minutes before. You sign in, we hand the meeting over to you. (there is a group inside CWA that walks you through using the Adobe Webinar System)
  • Our Adobe Room holds up to 100 attendees. We are also adding GoTo Webinar so you can host rooms that hold as many attendees that you can bring! We like Adobe though, as it incorporates Live Video from the host.
  • So we suggest Adobe by far if your group is under 90.
  • You can set up to reserve your room the same time each month.
  • All webinars are recorded, and archived so you can watch them at a later date if someone cannot make it.
  • *If we are using Adobe; the first 95 to sign up get in the room. Archives are available for replay at anytime. It’s not live, but you get to click, get, everything everyone else got.
  • All Webinars are Downloadable to the Hosts so she can upload it to a Flash Player of choice and offer it anyway she wants off our system.
  • We can make your link for your room private or you can have an open link that allows others to invite others to attend.
  • If you need to host more than one Webinar a month, we offer a Premium Membership inside of CWA. You can upgrade inside for a very small fee. And we continue to do all the work.

So~ What can you DO in a Webinar?? Here is a look!

Instant access

Sometimes you need to gather people from around the world (or your city!)  in a live working session or virtual classroom. Attendees can join meetings by clicking a URL, with no annoying wait times or downloads. Acrobat Connect Pro helps you bring people together from around the world — coworkers, customers, partners, and vendors — for immediate collaboration and interactivity. All they need is a web browser and Flash Player, already installed on over 98% of Internet-connected desktops worldwide. In the rare case that a user needs to download Flash Player, it’s a quick and easy process.

Share your screen

As a presenter, choose to share your screen at three levels: window, application, or the entire desktop. Synchronize the view of all participants and expand the viewing area for shared applications, documents, and whiteboards to fill the participants’ entire screen.

See who’s in your meeting room

Use standard USB or FireWire webcams for high-quality videoconferencing, with support for multiple simultaneous video attendees.

Easily manage meeting rooms

Easily schedule meetings, invite attendees, and set access permissions. Set up rooms specific to the subject, audience, or presenter. Assign persistent rooms for recurring meetings and control who has access to content. Get detailed statistics on meetings and users to measure attendance.

Upload and share just about anything

Enjoy full support for movies, animations, streaming video and audio, high-resolution graphics, Microsoft PowerPoint presentations, and Adobe Captivate® simulations, allowing participants to view and interact with rich media as a group or at their own pace

Use breakout rooms to focus discussions

Within your meeting room, create multiple submeetings or breakout rooms. Each breakout includes its own private VoIP or telephony audio channel. Use a default template or create custom layouts for each room, and provide specific content appropriate for each breakout. As the host, monitor all breakouts, move easily between them, and broadcast messages to all participants across room boundaries. When it’s time to bring the groups back together, easily review breakout room content with the entire group in the shared main room.

Communicate with whiteboarding and annotation tools

Annotate over content and blank whiteboards using standard tools or your own custom annotation shapes. Save whiteboard overlays in persistent Acrobat Connect Pro meeting rooms, and add to them in future sessions.

Moderate Q&A sessions

Conduct chat-based question-and-answer sessions, with complete control over question queue, visibility, and question delegation.

Archival for on-demand playback

Convert recordings for playback offline

While online viewing is the most common way to watch a recording, also provide the option for offline viewing. Simply save your recording in the FLV format, and then anyone can download the file and watch it using any media player that supports FLV, such as Adobe Media Player software.

Edit recordings to streamline content

As the meeting manager, use intuitive, online tools to create an edited version of an archived meeting or virtual classroom session. Remove unwanted sections of the recording using mark-in and mark-out points. The original version remains untouched and can be retrieved in its unedited state.

Record meetings for future playback

Record meeting audio, including integrated teleconferencing and VoIP. Capture participant interactions via chat, polling, whiteboarding, and rich media. A built-in streaming server can optimize bandwidth for individual viewers. Viewers can use the meeting index to navigate to the most relevant content quickly, and all content remains interactive during playback.
